Basic Introduction:
The steel is used in cold rolls, which usually require spheroidal annealing and white point prevention annealing to obtain a spherical pearlitic organization, which reduces hardness and facilitates cutting and machining while preventing white point generation.
Characterizations:
Typical Cr2 series cold roller steel. Used for manufacturing rollers for cold rolling, pressing rollers, cold stamping dies and punches, etc.
Heat Treatment:
1, spheroidal annealing: 790 ~ 810 ℃ heating, 650 ~ 670 ℃ ℃ isothermal, ≤ 500 ℃ out of the air cooling;
2, quenching: heating temperature = 880 ~ 900 ℃, quenching and cooling: according to different workpiece structure, different requirements, you can use water, PAG quenching fluid, oil and other cooling media.
Note: This material is a typical Cr2 system steel for cold rolls.
