Super 13Cr pipes
1. Oil and Gas Extraction (Core Scenario)
-
Sulfur-containing oil and gas well casings/tubing: Suitable for acidic oil and gas wells with H₂S partial pressure of 0.07~1.5MPa and CO₂ partial pressure ≥1MPa, such as production casings and technical casings in the Sichuan Basin, Bohai Oilfield, and sulfur-containing gas fields in the Middle East. The well depth ranges from 2000 to 5000 meters, withstanding downhole temperatures of 80~150℃ and pressures of 30~60MPa.
-
Offshore oil and gas well equipment pipelines: Christmas tree connecting pipes and downhole safety valve supporting pipes on offshore platforms, which resist corrosion from seawater mist and formation water (high Cl⁻), and at the same time withstand stress fluctuations caused by 海浪冲击.
-
Gas lift pipes and water injection pipes: Conveying pipes for gas lift wells and water injection development wells containing corrosive media, avoiding pitting failure of ordinary 13Cr pipes in high Cl⁻ + CO₂ environments.
2. Oil and Gas Gathering, Transportation and Processing Systems
-
Acidic oil and gas gathering and transportation pipelines: Gathering and transportation pipelines from wellheads to processing plants, used to transport crude oil/natural gas containing H₂S and CO₂, especially suitable for low-lying 积液 sections (prone to crevice corrosion) and high-pressure gathering and transportation working conditions (pressure 10~25MPa).
-
Corrosive medium pipelines in refineries: Sulfur-containing sewage pipes in oil refineries and low-pressure feed pipes of hydrogenation units, which resist corrosion from H₂S and organic sulfur and can withstand working temperatures of 100~200℃.
3. Other High-Corrosion Industrial Scenarios
-
Seawater Desalination and Water Treatment: High-pressure water supply pipes of seawater desalination plants and concentrated water pipes of reverse osmosis systems. They resist pitting corrosion in environments with high Cl⁻ (approximately 3.5%) and replace 316L stainless steel to enhance strength.
-
Corrosive Pipelines in the Chemical Industry: Conveying pipes for chlorine-containing chemical media (such as hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite) and connecting pipes of reaction kettles. They are suitable for medium and low pressure (≤10MPa) and medium and low temperature (≤120℃) working conditions, avoiding corrosion failure of ordinary stainless steel.
-
Geothermal Well Casings: Production pipes for high-temperature geothermal wells (temperature 120~180℃). They resist corrosion from high minerals and high Cl⁻ in geothermal water, while ensuring strength to withstand wellbore stress.
